COVID-19 Protocols

At Purple Oak Health, we have implemented a series of COVID-19 protocols to prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients and staff. All staff and providers are vaccinated, and masks are now optional for both staff and clients. We provide readily accessible hand sanitization stations to promote hand hygiene.

Social distancing is encouraged, and we kindly request that you limit your wait time spent in the waiting area. We've enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures for high-touch surfaces and equipment. Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to help us manage capacity and minimize wait times.

We also offer virtual options for select services and have improved ventilation to enhance air quality. Our practice rooms are equipped with HEPA filters, and our staff are well-trained in COVID-19 safety protocols. All our protocols align with local public health guidelines, adapting to the changing seasons and appropriate guidelines.
